Position Summary:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Lead | PM | SM to lead the delivery of a large-scale Sales Enablement Content Management platform tailored for our Wealth Management business. The successful candidate will help form the vision, roadmap and goals for the application/projects they will be aligned to, working with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust and sustainable business software solutions using agile techniques. They will also be responsible for ensuring requirements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned. This role requires a strategic leader with deep delivery expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and align senior MD/D-level stakeholders across business and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Partner closely with senior Wealth Management stakeholders to drive strategic conversations, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps, managing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
- Facilitate executive-level engagement and governance, providing clear, concise updates and driving alignment across senior leadership.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, maintaining transparency and momentum across delivery workstreams.
- Foster a culture of excellence in communication, stakeholder management, and delivery execution.
- Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating scrum ceremony and acting as a coach for delivery teams within Agile practice, including classic Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework. This position will include membership within multiple agile delivery teams and will be responsible for ensuring that teams are practicing the right level of rigor, as well as drive continuous improvement activity. The Scrum Master will represent their teams within the Agile Release Train, coordinating with the Release Train Engineer. Additionally, the Scrum Master will work to remove impediments reported by the delivery team and help the teams ensure pace and on-time delivery of team commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology delivery or program management, ideally within financial services or Wealth Management.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework
- Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale platforms involving content management, digital enablement, or advisor tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and experience managing vendor and platform partnerships.
- Previous experience with Seismic and/or Salesforce is a strong plus, especially in the context of advisor enablement and content distribution.
