Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and utilizing automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with various teams to maintain high standards and deliver reliable outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in using various testing tools and technologies to optimize test coverage and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
