Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves enhancing the testing process by integrating continuous and efficient quality engineering practices. This role focuses on improving the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing through the application of advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by leveraging automation and innovative testing solutions, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaboration with various teams to implement these improvements is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within the testing framework.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development in automation practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to automated testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
