Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves utilizing established quality processes and automation methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with an emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and tools to deliver reliable and efficient automated testing outcomes that support overall project goals and product quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Assist in maintaining and updating automated test scripts to align with evolving project requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Agile Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing Strategy.
- Experience with designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance principles.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
