Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
• Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
