Description
A dynamic, rapidly growing community association management company is hiring for multiple Portfolio Manager openings to expand its team in the San Antonio market. These roles are critical leadership positions that support multiple HOA communities, advise boards, and oversee community operations. This company continues to win new business, providing team members pathways for advancement in their community management careers.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee 6-10 early-stage, developer-controlled communities in the San Antonio area
- Establish operational structures, process architectural requests, coordinate utility startups, and integrate new communities into management systems
- Conduct regular property inspections and compliance drives across assigned portfolio properties
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly management reports for developer boards and executive leadership
- Partner closely with Vice Presidents, developers, and vendors to ensure seamless community development transitions
Position Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of leadership in either an on-site or portfolio HOA Management position
- Strong financial background with direct responsibility for budget oversight, variance reporting, and financial decision-making
- Proven experience managing staff performance and vendor contracts.
- Outstanding communication skills with a track record of successfully partnering with HOA Boards or property developers.
- Relevant industry credentials (e.g., PCAM, CMCA, AMS) are preferred but not required for candidates with extensive private club or hospitality leadership.
Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Annual Manager Incentive Bonus Plan (3% base target)
