Your team: Collaborators in change
Tandem is proud to offer a workplace with diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds which leads to a unique company culture for our people and a better experience for our customers.
This is a great opportunity for a specialised, hands-on digital marketing professional to turn customer insight, brand ambition and purposeful propositions into measurable digital growth across search, owned channels, MarTech-enabled journeys, app adoption and marketing-led campaigns.
Role Purpose
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead priority digital growth activity that brings Tandem’s strategy, brand, customer proposition and new app experience to life.
The role focuses on digital acquisition, SEO and GEO visibility, MarTech-enabled customer journeys, app adoption, proposition activation, brand implementation, integrated campaigns and selected growth activity - delivered through clear, compliant and customer-friendly marketing that reflects Consumer Duty expectations and financial promotions requirements.
It’s suited to someone who takes ownership, brings energy and initiative, and is motivated to keep improving how work is planned, governed and delivered.
Your Impact: Building a sustainable tomorrow
What we’re looking for
We want someone who is highly organised and customer-minded; someone who can take a clear brief, bring people with them and deliver good outputs in a regulated environment.
You’ll bring significant experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally gained in a fast-paced, regulated or customer-led environment. You’ll have strong hands-on experience across digital acquisition, SEO/GEO, MarTech platforms, campaign performance, customer analytics, customer journeys and app-led growth, alongside a full understanding and demonstrable experience of working within regulatory guidelines for Consumer Duty and financial promotions. Experience in banking, fintech or financial services would be particularly valuable.

- Hands-on experience using MarTech platforms to support CRM, automation, segmentation, tracking, campaign delivery and reporting, with clear evidence of improved targeting, journey performance, reporting accuracy or operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge and demonstrable experience of SEO and GEO, including content optimisation, technical search considerations, analytics and measurable improvements in organic visibility, search presence, traffic quality and conversion
- Proven ability to plan, launch, optimise and report on multi-channel digital campaigns across owned, paid, third-party and organic channels
- Strong experience using customer, channel and behavioural analytics, journey insight and testing tools to identify friction, improve conversion and engagement, and demonstrate commercial and customer outcomes
- Strong digital copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to turn propositions and insight into clear, engaging and compliant customer communications
- Full understanding and demonstrable experience of working within regulatory guidelines for Consumer Duty and financial promotions, including applying clear, fair and not misleading standards across digital marketing activity
- Confident working in a governed environment, balancing commercial ambition with brand standards, customer understanding and regulatory requirements
Desired experience
- Experience supporting or leading the launch of a customer app, including measurable outcomes across acquisition, onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, retention and performance optimisation
- Previous experience in banking, fintech, financial services or another highly regulated sector
- Experience working with product, technology, data, risk and compliance teams to deliver app, marketplace or digitally enabled customer propositions
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers or specialist partners across SEO, performance marketing, CRM, content, analytics or MarTech delivery
