Painting Foreman – Residential & Commercial

Location: Andover, NH

We are seeking an experienced Painting Foreman to oversee residential and commercial painting projects in the Andover, NH area. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on painting experience, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring high-quality work and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead painting crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
• Assign tasks, coordinate schedules, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality workmanship and consistent attention to detail.
• Read and follow project plans, specifications, and work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Monitor materials, supplies, and equipment to keep projects running efficiently.
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and team members.
• Train and support crew members while ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Previous painting experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Prior experience leading or supervising a painting crew.
• Knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques, coatings, and surface preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on schedule.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on active construction sites.
• Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
