Onsite Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Overview

 

The onsite Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team and ensuring qualified candidates are hired to support high-volume call center staffing needs.

 

This position provides hands-on leadership to recruiters, monitors recruiting activity and results, and ensures a consistent recruiting process from job posting through onboarding. The Supervisor works closely with site leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and achieve hiring goals.

Responsibilities

 

• Supervise, coach, and support the day-to-day activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assign recruiting priorities and monitor progress against hiring goals.
• Ensure recruiters follow established recruiting processes from posting through hire and onboarding.
• Monitor applications, screening, interviews, offers, hires, and onboarding activity.
• Provide regular recruiting updates and reports to leadership.
• Partner with site leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
• Support recruiters with candidate escalations and hiring challenges.
• Coordinate and support hiring events, job fairs, and open interview activities.
• Build relationships with local recruiting sources, workforce centers, schools, and employment agencies.
• Support bilingual recruiting efforts as needed.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels to attract candidates.
• Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure recruiting activities and hiring practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Proactively source and engage candidates to support hiring needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

• Minimum of 3–5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• 1 year of recruiting leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Call center, customer service, BPO, or high-volume hourly recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a recruiting team.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience with job boards, social media, and internet sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of applicable employment practices and laws.
• Ability to work onsite and support recruiting activities based on business needs.
