This role helps connect business needs with SAP solutions, ensuring the SAP Materials Management module is configured to optimize Purchasing, Inventory Management (IM), and Supply Chain processes in an efficient and practical ways. In this role, you will be one of the primary IT owners of the SAP Materials Management Module. You will partner with business teams to understand operational needs, troubleshoot issues, and help implement system enhancements. You'll work closely with users, technical teams , and project stakeholders to improve business processes, support daily operations, and ensure SAP solutions meet real business needs. We rely on this role to help simplify workflows, tackle day-to-day system challenges, and drive meaningful improvements that make a difference for our teams. We succeed when people have the tools, support, and processes they need to do their best work!
Here's What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of functional experience supporting the SAP Materials Management module (MM),
- Experience supporting SAP Purchase Orders, Release Strategies, Goods Receipts, Stock Transfer Orders, Subcontracting, and Inventory Management (IM) processes.
- Experience configuring SAP MM to enhance existing processes and address evolving business needs
- Experience, documenting business requirements and converting them into functional specifications for technical teams
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and partnering with technical teams to identify and implement solutions
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Available to work flexible hours as needed.
