Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Logistics Coordinator.

 

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee scheduling of deliveries, pickups, and yard service to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers, as well as supporting customer service/sales goals of the business unit This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards. Includes responsibility for reporting, scheduling, etc.

The Logistics Coordinator will also have responsibilities supporting telephone and walk-in customers, customer courtesy calls, taking and processing orders and contracts, as well as some contract administration. Strong communication, organization and administrative skills are essential to be successful in this role, and an ability to always deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude is maintained.

 

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment
• Experience in role applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Customer Service & dispatch training a plus
• Working knowledge of the delivery area.
• Able to effectively communicate

Base Pay Range

24.41 - 35.08
