The STPM owns scope, schedule, cost, risk, and technical integration, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams while serving as the primary interface to Airbus internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customer production sites.

How we care for you:

  • Financial Rewards: Competitive base salary, incentive compensation which may include profit sharing schemes, retirement savings plan and the ability to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”).

  • Individual Development: Upskilling and development opportunities through our global Leadership University, including unlimited access to 10,000+ e-learning courses focusing on ways to develop your employability, certifications, career path as well as the opportunity to participate in accelerated development programs and both national and international mobility.

Salary range: $160,000-$188,000 based on candidate profile

  • Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource plans, and program budgets.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution across mechanical design, controls, software, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Facilitate structured engineering milestones including PDR, CDR, FDR risk reviews, and readiness gates.
  • Ensure compliance with Airbus quality, safety, documentation, and configuration management standards.

Technical Integration

  • Lead program reviews, status reporting, and executive‑level updates.
  • Manage scope changes, contract deliverables, and commercial impacts in coordination with program leadership.
  • Support onsite installation, commissioning, and production readiness activities.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Track program financials including budget, earned value, and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage procurement, supplier deliverables, and long‑lead items aligned to schedule.
  • Drive issue resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Implement continuous improvement across program execution, documentation, and lessons learned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tooling performance, and delivery processes.
  • Support proposal development, cost estimation, and technical scoping for new programs.

Your boarding pass:
