Department Overview
This role reports into the North America Video Security & Access Control Go-To-Market Strategy & Business Development team. Motorola Solution’s Video & Access Control Division (VS&A) is defining the future of the security industry through innovative end-to-end-solutions and award-winning AI based surveillance systems. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world and our team is advancing the field as it applies to the surveillance industry. We are proud to be industry leaders in video analytics with products like Appearance Search and Unusual Motion Detection along with our cloud service platform. Job Description
Provide operational support to the Enterprise Sales Sales Operations department. In this role, 60% of your time will be focused on sales operations support and 40% of your time will be focused on general administration support.
Sales Operations Support Functions
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
Assist with Salesforce and Tableau reports and charts for operations reviews and pipeline reviews as needed by the Sales Operations team.
Assist with the preparation of weekly reports as well as communications and presentations.
Assist preparation and delivery of metrics reporting; collaborate with Operations team to validate and support monthly KPIs
Support ad-hoc projects and reporting as requested needed
Assist with internal metric reports from sales tools and issuing to appropriate personnel.
Compiling and editing weekly briefing reports from each region
Other duties as assigned.
General Administration Support Functions
Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for leadership.
Process and track leadership expense reports to ensure compliance and timely reimbursement.
May assist with coordinating travel arrangements for business meetings.
May assist with the planning of internal business meetings, leadership sessions, and special events for the VS&A team.
Miscellaneous administrative business functions
Create Purchasing Orders
Tracking and issuing payments for 3rd party resources
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Well organized, detail oriented, highly skilled professional.
Mature, professional, positive disposition, requiring use of tact, discretion, and judgment.
Manage multiple priorities with the ability to prioritize and produce high quality work independently under general direction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills with full competence in MS Office and/or Google Sheets, Docs, Slides and Mail.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of formulas in excel/google sheets.
Supporting sales leadership experience is strongly preferred
Basic familiarity with AI concepts, along with an openness to expanding your skill set into advanced AI applications
