The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing assigned key customer accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Data, to ensure excellent customer service, achieve business targets, and identify opportunities for growth.
