Learning and Development Consultant - Independent

We're a global personal and leadership development organisation seeking experienced L&D professionals for an independent contractor partnership.

This role suits someone with a strong background in learning and development who is ready to transition from employed or contract work into a self-directed, performance-based model -- supported by world-class programs, comprehensive training, and a globally recognised brand.

The role involves:

• Engaging with and applying our suite of award-winning personal and leadership development programs
• Contributing to a global community of professionals aligned around growth and human potential
• Building an independent practice within a structured, globally supported framework

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Have 5 or more years of experience in L&D, talent development, or a related field
• Are ready to move into a fully autonomous, self-directed working model
• Hold strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to human development
• Are professionally credible, self-motivated, and ready for a new challenge
