LOB Description:

APS Lead for Global Corporate Security Applications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning/AI, PowerShell, SharePoint development, and Linux/Windows operating systems and Windows Tool set
  • 3+ years of experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including Remedy, Change Management, and Problem Management processes
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Autosys, and query execution to support effective issue triage and root cause analysis
  • Foundational understanding of vaulting, RISE deliverables, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, and automation practices
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Dynatrace, Splunk, and SiteScope, for incident debugging and root cause analysis
  • Ability to enhance and configure monitoring capabilities within Dynatrace and DNT to improve system performance insights
  • Strong expertise in log analysis and application performance troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with key enterprise platforms such as CPT, ARM, Btconverge, MyTechnology, ART, AppviewX, and similar applications
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to drive team outcomes and maintain effective communication with CIO leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office toolset
  • Experience in logging, monitoring, and end-to-end troubleshooting of application and infrastructure issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset, with a high level of accountability and commitment to delivering results
  • Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency

LOB Responsibilities:

  • Provide Application Production Support services for various Corporate Security applications
  • Closely collaborate with global support teams as well as with development and business partners.
  • Ensure risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards relevant to the role are met.
  • Manage relationships with senior business and technology partners.
  • Sets KPI's for the team to follow. Makes decisions about technology that will increase or deliver business values.
  • Ability to identify solutions for complex problems in infrastructure and application technologies to improve production stability.
  • Extensive experience with providing hands-on production support
  • Very good understanding of Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management lifecycles
  • Ability to lead teams through APSE transformation initiatives such as AI, Erica, Telemetry, SRE
  • Hands-on experience on a tool like Cutover is a big plus

  • Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
  • Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
  • Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
  • Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
  • Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
  • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment while helping to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with the product management team and other stakeholders

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$105,100.00 - $167,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
