A Brief Overview
Answers phones, filing, data entry, handle mail, organize files, receive inventory in systems, keep office areas clean and organized, other office duties as requested
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings and events.
- Manage facilities and office supplies to support efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for department staff.
- Prepare and maintain departmental records and reports.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School/GED required
- Up to 1 Year administrative, facilities, or related experience required
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Soft Skills
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
