Job Description Summary:
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, ensuring all sales transactions are fulfilled correctly from quote approval through invoicing and license delivery. The role works closely with Sales and customers, using Salesforce to review and maintain order accuracy while handling a high volume of transactions.Excited to grow your career?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process orders (90%)
- Review Salesforce opportunities for approved quotes from Sales.
- Verify and update Salesforce to make any needed adjustments/corrections for order accuracy.
- Process and fulfill orders, including software license key delivery.
- Ensure invoices are properly generated and delivered.
- Customer Support (10%)
- Assist internal and external customers in resolving order-related issues that may require redirection via emails or phone calls.
- Escalate to the Senior Order Management Specialist for resolution as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive work experience in Order management.
- General knowledge and experience with computers and business office software (email, word processing, spreadsheet, Windows).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented; able to manage large volume of work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related-field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with software maintenance renewal activity.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal <5%
