As our new Junior Account Manager Superunie, you are responsible for coordinating account-related activities, both internally (with Sales and Marketing) and externally. You proactively support the (Key) Account Managers with commercial and administrative activities. You act as the first point of contact for the customer, independently answering questions and resolving issues related to promotions.
Your Responsibilities
Proactive commercial and administrative support for the (Key) Account Managers for Superunie;
Full responsibility of the commercial planning and contact with Boon & Spar.
Internal communication related to database management, sales forecasting, financial administration, demand planning and marketing activities;
Communicating, collecting, analysing and archiving account-related information;
Monitoring budgets and handling administrative processes;
Providing support and input for the development of account plans and initiating customer-specific projects;
Continuously improving efficiency of processes and ways of working, aiming for accuracy and efficiency and contributing to a “Right First Time” culture;
Supporting the account team with ad hoc customer-specific issues;
Researching, substantiating and analyzing.
Profile
Completed HBO or university degree; you are a starter or early-career professional;
0–2 years of work experience in a similar or commercial role;
Strong communication skills; customer-focused, informative and persuasive;
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Proactive and independent; able to set priorities and stand your ground;
Ambitious, with the drive to build your career;
Able to work under time pressure; flexible in meeting deadlines;
Accurate and structured in your way of working;
Solution-oriented and creative in finding.
