This position can be filled full-time or part-time on a permanent basis.

You can choose weather you want to work from our offices in Berlin, Dresden, Potsdam, Hamburg or remotely from within Germany, but please note that this role would involve some occasional travel, typically once per month.

As a Product Owner, you’ll help clients and teams turn complex problems into products that create measurable value. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, make sound product decisions, and connect user needs, business goals, and technology.

You’ll work across the full product journey, from problem framing and discovery to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. As a Product Owner you’ll combine strategic product thinking with hands-on analysis, prototyping, and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead product discovery with clients, users, and stakeholders to identify meaningful problems and opportunities.
• Translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into a clear product direction.
• Analyse complex processes, systems, data flows, integrations, and dependencies.
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, outcomes, scope, and success measures.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing value, risk, effort, and timing.
• Facilitate product decisions and create alignment across business, design, technology, and delivery teams.
• Shape As-Is/To-Be processes, prototypes, product concepts, specifications, and delivery plans.
• Guide teams through ambiguity, shifting priorities, dependencies, and scope challenges.
• Use AI-supported workflows responsibly to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and delivery while maintaining quality and traceability.
• Support product adoption and help clients realise the value of what has been built.
• Coach and mentor junior Product Owners and other team members.
• Contribute to internal capability development, proposals, client discussions, and new business opportunities.
• Improve the way we work by identifying recurring problems and turning practical learnings into better tools, processes, and practices.

What makes you a great fit

• At least five years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
• A strong track record of leading products or complex workstreams from discovery through delivery.
• Deep understanding of client and user needs, with the ability to connect them to business and technical realities.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management, prioritisation, requirements, and product decision-making.
• The ability to work confidently with complex business processes and significant ambiguity.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with agile product and software development teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• A consulting mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Experience coaching or supporting less experienced colleagues.
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership, and ask for input when it adds value.
• A proactive approach to improving internal processes and ways of working.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• A relevant degree is helpful but not required.
