Regulatory Compliance Analyst
Location: Remote with travel to central London 1-2 times a month
Clearance: SC (or eligible)

As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will play a highly visible role at the heart of our international privacy and data protection programme. Working across Northrop Grumman UK's International Holdings, you will help shape, implement and continuously improve our privacy governance framework, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR and emerging international privacy regulations.
This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across multiple countries and functions while helping the organisation manage privacy risks in a practical and business-focused way. You will work closely with Legal, HR, Security, Compliance, IT and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to embed privacy by design throughout the organisation.

What You'll Do
- Support and enhance the privacy governance framework across Northrop Grumman UK's international operations.
- Translate privacy legislation and regulatory requirements into practical policies, standards, controls and business processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on privacy obligations, compliance risks and data protection best practice.
- Conduct privacy risk assessments, supplier due diligence reviews and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
- Review and support Data Processing Agreements, data sharing arrangements and international data transfer mechanisms.
- Deliver privacy awareness initiatives, engagement activities and training programmes that strengthen organisational understanding and accountability.
- Collaborate with global privacy, legal, compliance and business stakeholders to support business priorities while maintaining strong privacy governance.
- Monitor developments in privacy legislation and recommend actions that ensure ongoing compliance and effective risk management.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of UK GDPR, EU GDPR and wider privacy and data protection principles.
- Experience working within privacy, governance, compliance, risk, legal or data protection functions.
- Demonstrable experience translating regulatory requirements into practical business controls and governance processes.
- Experience conducting privacy risk assessments, DPIAs and third-party privacy reviews.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing and internationally diverse environment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting multinational organisations operating across UK and European jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of international data transfer requirements and cross-border privacy governance.
- Experience supporting employee representative bodies or Works Council consultations.
- Professional privacy, compliance or data protection qualifications.
