We work with U.S. government clients in health, civilian, and national security missions to build better technology products that impact our day-to-day lives. The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.
Key Responsibilities

- Draft, edit, and finalize reports, ensuring findings and recommendations are evidence-based and clearly articulated.
- Synthesize complex technical, policy, and operational information into cohesive client-ready products.
- Maintain version control, formatting standards, and documentation repositories.
- Implement quality assurance reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback prior to submission.
- Collaborate with project leadership to ensure deliverables align with contract objectives, schedules, and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Communications, English, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing, editing, report development, or communications within healthcare, auditing, consulting, or government contracting environments.
- Experience managing complex, multi-contributor documents such as audit reports, compliance reviews, or regulatory deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of technical writing, editing, proofreading, and document quality assurance practices.
- Working knowledge of CMS standards, audit methodologies, and federal reporting requirements, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
- Proven ability to synthesize information from clinical and non-clinical subject matter experts into clear, professional deliverables.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience managing multiple deadlines and maintaining version control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting CMS, Medicaid, Medicare, or other federal healthcare programs.
- Experience with program integrity, compliance, audit, or oversight initiatives.
- Familiarity with Medicaid policies, healthcare regulations, and government reporting requirements.
- Experience preparing deliverables for federal government clients.
