NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Java-based applications, APIs, and microservices.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Build data integration and event-driven solutions.
Develop REST APIs, Kafka-based services, and asynchronous integrations.
Design and optimise database queries and data access patterns.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and operational reliability.
Develop cloud-native applications using AWS and/or Azure.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational support.
Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
Identify delivery risks and dependencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
9+ plus years of experience in Java backend engineering, microservices, data integration, and enterprise application development.
The desired technology stack includes strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS, databases, CI/CD, security tooling, and enterprise solution delivery.
Data & Integration experience - Apache Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL and Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
Preferred Domain Experience in Banking and Financial Services, Payments, Loyalty & Rewards
Qualification Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
