As a Senior Finance Business Partner - Digital & Technology, you will be the trusted commercial adviser to the Digital & Technology leadership team, providing strategic financial leadership, commercial insight and decision support to optimise investment outcomes, drive organisational performance and support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. You'll partner closely with senior executives to influence strategy, support investment decisions and drive sustainable value creation across the Digital & Technology portfolio.
Please note, this position is Fixed-Term contract until end of June 2027. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Partner with the Group Executive Digital & Technology and leadership team as a trusted commercial adviser, providing strategic financial guidance and insight to support key business decisions.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting activities across the Digital & Technology portfolio.
Develop investment appraisals, business cases, financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic investment and transformation decisions.
Drive portfolio optimisation and benefits realisation by monitoring the performance of approved initiatives and ensuring expected outcomes are achieved.
Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key risks, opportunities, trends and cost optimisation initiatives.
Support the development and delivery of strategic investment roadmaps, transformation programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Drive a culture of financial accountability, commercial awareness, and sustainable value creation.

Nationally Coordinated Police Check
Right to Work in Australia
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
CA or CPA qualification.
Significant experience providing strategic finance business partnering and commercial advisory support within large, complex organisations.
Demonstrated experience in investment evaluation, business case development and portfolio prioritisation.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through commercial insight and evidence-based recommendations
Experience partnering with Digital, Technology, or IT functions.
