JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Food Science Department in the College of Agricultural Sciences is looking for a part-time instructor for the October 2026 Food Safety and Sanitation Short Course. Lectures to include the following:
- Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design
- Allergen Control: Regulations and Control Strategies
As instructor, duties include:
- Prepare demonstration samples for use in both short courses
- Prepare and deliver lectures on aspects of Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control
- Deliver demonstrations on both Plant and Equipment Sanitary Design and Allergen Control for the 2026 Sanitation and Safety Short Course
