CULTURE: Innovation and disruption are in the DNA at Phusion. We understand drinkers as category agnostic and we pursue flavor, brand, and functional benefits above all else. We're always looking to push boundaries within our current product portfolio and partnerships, and that mindset flows through in our company culture.
SUMMARY: The Sr. Brand Manager, Digital Strategy leads the digital expression of Phusion's brands across all consumer-facing channels. Operating at the intersection of brand strategy and digital execution, this role translates brand vision into channel, content, and communication plans and builds the social and content engine that drives first-time trial in a competitive category. The role directly manages the Social Media Manager / Content Developer and the Community Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has supervisory responsibilities, including direct oversight of the Social Media Manager / Content Developer and the Community Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Digital Strategy
- Contribute to brand positioning, the annual brand plan, and 360° campaign architecture; own the brand's digital expression across every consumer touchpoint, including content and copy alignment, creator-ecosystem alignment, and communication flow across content, social, paid, organic, email, and SMS.
- Translate brand strategy into integrated communication, content, and channel plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Apply digital, social, and brand-level insights to refine strategy and guide in-flight optimization.
Social, Content & Communication
- Lead the social and content briefing and development process — in partnership with the Social Media Manager / Content Developer — establishing a workflow that monitors social trends, aligns the brands to relevant cultural moments, and defines the brand's strategic angles across social and content. (Cross-functional project timelines and coordination remain with the Integrated Marketing Manager.)
- Own communication strategy across all Phusion brands – from social, paid, digital, and supporting across trade and brand marketing.
- Drive community growth, user-generated content, and always-on programming that builds culture and trial.
- Own paid-media and communication strategy across social, traditional advertising, and CRM; direct the paid-media agency (RASP) and hold it accountable to performance.
- Manage the content-development and creator/influencer budget with support from the Integrated Marketing Manager
- Define and maintain the social technology stack — listening, publishing, community management, and creator sourcing — and the brand and competitor insights it produces.
Partnerships & Cross-Functional
- Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager on influencer, talent, and cultural partnerships, and on cross-functional project timelines and reporting.
- Collaborate with the creative & design teams, with brand and Trade marketing on assets and campaigns from planning through execution.
- Provide social, content, and digital performance insights to inform brand and innovation decisions.
