Job Description

Starling Physicians is hiring for a Payroll Manager for their Connecticut location. The candidate would be responsible for processing provider monthly and PLLC biweekly payrolls, quarter, and year end payroll processes along with assisting with Ad-hoc reports and linking and transition data into our financial platform.

Required skills and attributes are:

• ADP experience required (PeopleSoft experience helpful but not required)
• Responsible for the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of the periodic payroll files
• Assist with Quarter and Annual filings via ADP services
• Support the teams effort to move employees and providers from Workday and VMD ADP to PeopleSoft and Starling’s ADP platform and maintain payroll records going forward.
• Strong Excel skills are required (V-Loop, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.)  
• Candidate must have strong communication skills to maintain strong and positive relationships with HR, Benefits, Operations, Physicians Comp, Accounting, Finance teams, IT, and other internal stakeholders and partners.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000
