In this role you will be a Component Engineer for a client that works in the electronics manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for supporting the control of electronic part requirements.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
The pay is $90,000 to $110,000
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in component engineering
- Strong background with Microsoft Office products
- Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM)
- Experience generating Source Control Drawings (SCD's)
- Ability to complete supplier control documentation reviews
- Strong working knowledge of part program requirements compliance (program approved parts list/nonconformance reports/test documents)
- Incoming inspection data review- vendor/manufacturer QPL CofC
- Ability to generate discrepant material report (DMR) and Resolution
- Strong Data Management (configuration, logging and storage/maintain electronic database)
- Familiar with EEE parts selection, characterization/evaluation, screening, prohibitive/restrictive usage, traceability,lot control, destructive physical analysis (DPA) and nuclear radiation requirements for space programs
