Clinic Manager (Physical Therapist)Location: North Scottsdale, AZAt a GlanceSalary: $92,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)Sign-on bonus: $5,000Quarterly bonus: Personal and team productivity bonus, up to $6,000/year in bonus potential at a full team of 5 PTs*Time Off: 4 weeks paid time off (PTO, holidays & sick time) *PTO increases with tenureCEU stipend: $2,000 first year, $1,500 each year afterSchedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–6pmHours: Full-time, 40 hrs/weekAt Impact Physical Therapy, you'll lead a clinic built on true 1:1, 60-minute sessions and 8 to 10 patients a day, guiding a team of up to 5 PTs (including student clinicians) who have the time to focus on quality care and work together toward shared clinic goals.
