The RoleAs the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the architect of Tigo’s end-to-end supply chain strategy. You will oversee everything from raw material procurement and vendor relations in Asia to domestic manufacturing partnerships in the U.S. Your goal is to balance cost-efficiency with high-speed delivery, ensuring that our TS4 optimizers, EI Inverters, and battery storage systems reach our global distribution partners without friction. Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Logistics & Fulfillment: Direct the movement of goods across international borders, managing ocean/air freight, customs compliance, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery to seven continents.Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee key relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and component suppliers. Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure adherence to quality and ESG standards.Inventory Optimization: Implement advanced forecasting and demand planning models to manage inventory levels, minimizing carrying costs while preventing "stock-outs" during peak solar installation seasons.Domestic Manufacturing Support: Partner with our U.S.-based manufacturing facilities to streamline domestic production lines and leverage 45X tax credit-compliant sourcing.Risk Mitigation: Develop and execute contingency plans for geopolitical shifts, port delays, or component shortages (particularly semiconductors and power electronics).Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D on New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure the supply chain is "production-ready" for next-gen MLPE technology. QualificationsExperience: 5–8+ years in global supply chain management.Strategic Sourcing: Proven track record of managing Contract Manufacturers (CMs) in Asia (China/Thailand) and/or North America.Systems Expertise: High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP) and advanced Excel for data-driven decision-making.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business. APICS/CSCP certification is a strong plus.Global Mindset: Ability to coordinate across time zones and travel occasionally to vendor sites in Asia or Europe.
