Description
The Senior Business Analyst & Client Success Coordinator, serves as a strategic partner to self insured employer clients by combining advanced healthcare claims analytics with high touch relationship management, in support of senior account executives. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving measurable improvements in healthcare program performance. The ideal candidate is both analytically rigorous and client focused, capable of translating complex data into meaningful strategies for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and automate reports and dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools) to support ongoing monitoring and stakeholder access to insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support and participate in regular client check-ins, strategic reviews, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (data science, clinical operations, investigative, executive leadership) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong executive level relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities.
- Review client performance metrics and feedback to ensure analytic solutions meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses to support client inquiries and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and deliver client facing reports, presentations, and written communications that highlight key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities.
- Prioritize competing requests across teams, especially when high priority or time sensitive.
- Providing support to Account Managers as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data
- 2 + years of experience with data visualization tools
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or similar client facing roles
- Proven experience applying data analytics in a business performance environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and database management.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS).
- Working knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights in large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and talent for relationship-building.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
