As a Service Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

How you will make an impact

• Diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on medical devices

• Developing and demonstrating product expertise and training skills, in order to act as a resource for customers, sales, and other technicians in handling complex situations

• Creating repair estimates including the costs of service parts and labor

• Maintaining local service parts inventories with the support of the supply chain team

• Identifying problems and improvement opportunities

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High school diploma, equivalent, or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

• Two (2) years of experience working in product repair in a private, public, government or military environment

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, installing, and performing preventative maintenance on medical devices

• Experience operating common tools and test equipment required to repair devices

• Experience generating service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability and facilitate customer invoicing

• Experience with IS0 13485 Quality Systems regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating system including Microsoft 365

Work location: Onsite - Solventum Healthcare Service Center, 3350 Granada Ave N. Oakdale MN 55117

Travel: May include up to 10% international/domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $61,600 - $84,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
