Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system components, and ensuring smooth operation by promptly addressing and resolving technical challenges. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Capability to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
