Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operations. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments, ensuring that critical business functions remain uninterrupted and efficient through diligent problem-solving and system analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong knowledge of system diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques related to customer relationship management platforms.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and data to identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in maintaining system performance and implementing updates or patches effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
