Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, improve, and maintain modern software products based on assigned discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, design, and quality teams.
• Deliver high-quality work while managing priorities independently.
• Participate in technical planning, feature delivery, and continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to software architecture, product strategy, testing, or quality initiatives depending on assigned role.
• Support Agile development practices and continuous delivery environments.
• Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
• Participate in code reviews, product planning, testing activities, or release management as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience within your technology discipline.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Backend Engineering
  • Frontend Engineering
  • Full-Stack Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Product Management
  • Product Engineering
  • Quality Assurance Engineering
  • Software Quality Testing
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively during overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
• Experience collaborating with distributed technology teams.
• Must currently reside in or near Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
• Authorized to work in Brazil.

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $42,000–$120,000 USD annually, based on position, experience, and seniority.
