Job Summary
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Populating all test documentation with data from Vision
- Updating, adding jobs and monitoring the Production visual through vision updates
- Liaising with Technical Authors and UK office for ordering Service Tags & Labels required on a monthly basis and as required
- Transfer of documents between factory and office – Keeping a log on all documentation signed out
- Populating weekly financial output report with figures for management
- Scanning & filing all test documentation
- Assisting procurement in stock ordering for Production Floor
- Allocating lockers for new starters
- Liaise with Planning in relation to changes to Production Visual
- Liaise with Project team regarding test documents
- Liaise with SHEQ department on PPE requirements
- Assist with process improvement Initiatives / planning.
- Order & replace toners in all printers throughout factory & offices when needed
- Updating of all communications / notifications for noticeboards within the factory
- Provide assistance to the production team as required
- Performance of other ad hoc duties as assigned
Skill Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in an administration Support role
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) essential
- Third level degree is desirable
- Effective communicator
- Practical approach to work, organized with attention to detail.
- Organised, dependable and excellent time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable problem solver.
