As the FE Global Planning Scenario and Capital Senior Manager at Micron, you will be part of the group dedicated to global front-end planning, which is primarily responsible for the Capital, Reuse, Budget Saving, Strategic Scenarios and Business Planning (SNOP) business processes, Greenfield scenarios, Fab PDM, SSP, CALM, LPI and Fab Guidelines (part cadence, ramp rates, yield, CT).
This role involves supervising and developing the Satellite Scenario and Capital team. It also includes leading projects and capacity analysis connected to frontend Fab operations. You will work with Fab resources, Manufacturing Central Team resources, Global Procurement, Finance, Corporate Strategic team and the Fab Leadership Team to ensure that projects and capacity analysis meet the scope and timing required.

Business objectives:
- Providing capacity analysis for strategic business plan options that feed monthly S&OP SRx scenarios.
- Providing line of sight to overall Micron Capital Budget and saving Projects update. (biweekly/ Monthly)
- Business Plan process improvement.
- Monthly Pre-SRx scenario study process improvement.
- Setting standards for new node introduction (EFF and ramp).
- Providing planning and integration support for emerging projects around current capacity, merger or acquisitions.
- Ad Hoc capacity studies.
- Greenfield planning
- Site Capex management (baseline capex analysis, profiling, Capex strategy support, accurate forecasting)
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science,, or related field.
- Proven ability in semiconductor planning and leadership experience.
- Strong Frontend semiconductor fab process knowledge, with working understanding of planning systems and tools and proven Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Proven leader of sophisticated, cross‑functional initiatives, able to translate ambiguity into structured solutions with strong execution, prioritization, and project management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influence skills, with experience in capacity, business, or process analysis and the ability to drive alignment across technical and non‑technical partners.
- Experience in people and resource leadership, including team development, mentoring, conflict management, and effective allocation of resources to achieve business outcomes.
