This role requires adaptability, basic problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks with general guidance in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication abilities and show initiative when handling routine and ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international travel coordination for program personnel, including itinerary planning, travel logistics, and expense review activities, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and supporting accurate financial reconciliation.
  • Serve as a liaison for PMO communications, coordinating information flow among internal teams, external stakeholders, customers, and leadership to facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and support informed decision-making.
