We are seeking an energetic Document Control Coordinator to join our Engineering team onsite in Mesquite, TX. The Opportunity
Operating right at the heart of our Engineering department, you will be the gatekeeper of data integrity. You will ensure that engineering drawings, manufacturing routings, and project schedules are accurate and flawlessly organized. This role offers an incredible vantage point to learn how a global manufacturing leader operates from design to assembly.
What You'll Do
- Support Production: Create and maintain manufacturing routings within our ERP system and assist with pilot builds and new product launches.
- Manage Engineering Data: Maintain engineering drawings and documents, ensuring all revisions, approvals, and change notices (ECN/ECR) are perfectly tracked.
- Keep Teams on Schedule: Update the engineering task list, run status reports, and communicate updates to engineers and manufacturing partners.
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong Administrative Foundation: High school diploma or GED with exceptional organizational skills, a hyper-focus on detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy Skillset: Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with the ability to read and understand technical or detailed documents.
- Bonus Assets (Nice to Have): Any experience with ERP/MRP systems, engineering document flows (PDM/PLM), or CAD software like SolidWorks. Early career candidates with strong administrative experience and a desire to learn are highly encouraged to apply!
