Technical Program Manager
Location: Hybrid – (Portland, OR Metro Area Required) | Salary: $85K - $105K | Employment: Full-time

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead & Direct
- Own program strategy, schedules, budgets, and resourcing across multiple concurrent programs.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, OEM stakeholders, and internal engineering teams.
- Produce clear status reports and communicate program health to leadership and clients..
- Maintain RAIL (Risk, Action, Issue, Lesson learned) logs and program tracking across the portfolio.
- Monitor program financials and get ahead of risk to keep every program profitable.
- Ensure FAA/EASA compliance and clear cross discipline bottlenecks before they hit delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- Bachelor’s in engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent aerospace program management experience.
- 4+ years managing aerospace, defense, or technical manufacturing programs, including multiple large programs at once.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex programs and serve as primary point of contact for clients.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for client facing work; comfortable reading engineering drawings and explaining technical details.
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Experience with aerospace certification programs (STCs, type certificates, or FAA/EASA approvals).
- Background in aircraft engineering or modification programs.
- Real Programs: Manage active aircraft certification projects and STCs, not just studies.
- Variety: Exposure to commercial, VIP, and military platforms across multiple client programs.
- Client Impact: Direct interaction with major aerospace OEMs and completion centers.
- Hybrid Remote: Primarily remote with periodic onsite time in Portland as needed for team and program collaboration.
- Hybrid role in the Portland, OR metro area preferred, with onsite time as needed for team and program collaboration.
- Occasional travel (5 to 10%) to client locations.
- Background check and drug screen may be required.
