Your responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and transformation projects.

• Analyse business requirements and design scalable SAP PP solutions aligned with manufacturing and production processes.

• Configure and optimise SAP PP functionalities including production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, shop floor control, and production orders.

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate operational needs into effective SAP solutions.

• Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including SAP PP integration within enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.

• Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, EWM, PM, and FI to support end-to-end manufacturing processes.

• Support manufacturing process optimisation initiatives, including discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing environments.

• Conduct solution design, testing, documentation, user training, and go-live support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide functional expertise and strategic guidance to customers on SAP PP best practices and manufacturing processes.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and SAP practice development.

• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, proposal development, and customer presentations where appropriate.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).

• Proven experience delivering SAP PP implementation, rollout, migration, or optimisation projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP processes including MRP, production orders, work centres, routings, bills of material, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and SAP Fiori applications is preferred.

• Knowledge of integration points between SAP PP and other SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, EWM, PM, and FI.

• Experience with SAP PP/DS, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), or Industry 4.0 solutions is advantageous.

• Understanding of manufacturing processes across discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consulting mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel within North America as required.
