Your responsibilities:
-
Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and transformation projects.
-
Analyse business requirements and design scalable SAP PP solutions aligned with manufacturing and production processes.
-
Configure and optimise SAP PP functionalities including production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, shop floor control, and production orders.

Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate operational needs into effective SAP solutions.

Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including SAP PP integration within enterprise-wide digital transformation programmes.

Integrate SAP PP with other SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, EWM, PM, and FI to support end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Support manufacturing process optimisation initiatives, including discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing environments.
-
Conduct solution design, testing, documentation, user training, and go-live support throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide functional expertise and strategic guidance to customers on SAP PP best practices and manufacturing processes.
-
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and SAP practice development.
-
Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, proposal development, and customer presentations where appropriate.
Your profile:
-
5+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
-
Proven experience delivering SAP PP implementation, rollout, migration, or optimisation projects.
-
Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP processes including MRP, production orders, work centres, routings, bills of material, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and SAP Fiori applications is preferred.

Knowledge of integration points between SAP PP and other SAP modules including MM, SD, QM, EWM, PM, and FI.

Experience with SAP PP/DS, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII), or Industry 4.0 solutions is advantageous.

Understanding of manufacturing processes across discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consulting mindset.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
-
Willingness to travel within North America as required.
