IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a dynamic team and work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support software development and system implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Support system integration and ensure solutions work effectively with existing systems and tools.
• Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear documentation and support data governance and administration processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working on software development, application, platform, or system implementation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process analysis.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
