As a Business Transformation Project Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the bank's future and delivering projects that make a real impact on our customers and employees. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a results-driven project manager. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop project plans, and deliver results that meet their expectations. You'll also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate complex project landscapes. What you do - Manage large-scale business transformation projects from initiation to delivery - Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders - Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies - Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and other project management artifacts - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Who you are - A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment - Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards - Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills - Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
