Winter 2027 Co-op - Maintenance Excellence Data Analyst/Industrial Engineer

Collect, validate, and consolidate data from manufacturing systems, including MDS, MES, Tableau, SCADA and PLC systems, ERP systems, TTR, Quality Management Systems, CMMS, and data warehouses/cloud platforms. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems. Review Preventive Maintenance (PM) instructions and audit results to identify gaps in documentation, organization, training, materials, and performance. Support the development and standardization of PM processes and documentation. Design, develop, and maintain PM-related materials, checklists, dashboards, and reports. Analyze maintenance and PM trends to identify opportunities for process improvement. Perform root cause analyses using maintenance and production data. Analyze parts consumption, equipment failures, and work order trends to identify common issues and recurring failures. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives through data analysis and visualization. Work directly with Mx leadership to define reporting requirements. Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Data analytics, business intelligence, or manufacturing analytics. Working within a manufacturing, industrial, or automated production environment. Building enterprise-level reports and dashboards. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience using AI-powered tools and technologies Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting Knowledge of Tableau for data analysis and dashboard development Experience supporting highly automated manufacturing facilities. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies. Experience working with large data sets and cloud-based data platforms.
