Description
Chandler Fab is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office and Training Manager to support site leadership, enable training and development and drive operational excellence across our factory environment. This role is central to maintaining daily operations, onboarding critical talent, developing our workforce, enabling leader effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes, communication, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative and operational support for site leadership, including executive calendar management, meeting coordination, communications, events, budget tracking, purchasing, and expense reconciliation.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, training programs, course credit tracking, Workday updates, and compliance activities, ensuring workforce readiness and development.
- Employee Engagement & Site Culture: Lead employee recognition, engagement initiatives, workforce development programs, communications, and site-wide activities that strengthen culture, retention, and employee experience.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in office management, executive support, or operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing calendars, budgets, and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
- Experience with Workday, Concur, or similar systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
