Your mission
We are looking for a Training Manager who can turn product and scientific knowledge into engaging learning experiences and sustainable commercial capabilities. The role will lead the local training strategy and work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Medical teams to develop employees, partners and professional audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the annual training plan in line with business and brand priorities.
- Identify development needs and translate them into clear programmes, learning journeys and practical tools.
- Create, adapt and update product, scientific and commercial training materials for different audiences.
- Organise and deliver face-to-face and digital training, including onboarding, product launches and regular cycle meetings.
- Lead, coordinate and develop the team of trainers, ensuring consistent standards and high-quality delivery.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical and Regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Support sales teams through field coaching, observation and constructive feedback.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, key performance indicators and follow-up on practical application.
- Manage schedules, vendors, learning platforms, documentation and the budget within the area of responsibility.
- Monitor learning trends and introduce modern digital and interactive learning approaches.
Who you are ?
What We Are Looking For
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
- At least three years of relevant experience in learning and development, sales training or product training; experience in the pharmaceutical, dermo-cosmetics or FMCG sector is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training for different audiences.
- Ability to lead and develop people, manage projects and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Confidence in using PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 and digital learning tools; experience with an LMS is an advantage.
- Very good command of English and willingness to travel within the country.
