Responsibilities

Media Planning & Account Management

• Ownership in preparing media recommendations, channel strategies, campaign forecasts, and presentations.
• Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and offline channels to meet client objectives.
• Conduct audience, market, and media research to identify insights and planning opportunities.
• Work closely with activation teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations based on data and insights.
• Ensure regular reporting, post-campaign analysis, performance reviews on timely manner
• Build strong working relationships with clients, publishers, and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging media opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in media planning, media buying, account management, or a similar role within a media agency.
• Basic understanding of media planning principles across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive learning mindset.
