Overview

We are hiring a Paid Search Account Manager to join a high-performing international media team delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns across EMEA. This is an opportunity to play a key role in turning strategic objectives into measurable business results while collaborating with specialists across multiple markets. You'll help shape campaign success through data-led decision making, innovative thinking, and strong stakeholder partnerships. If you're passionate about digital performance marketing and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where your ideas can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paid search campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring high-quality execution from planning through to optimisation and reporting.
• Translate strategic objectives into effective campaign activation plans that support agreed business goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate multi-market activity, maintaining consistency, quality, and operational excellence across accounts and regions.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and performance updates.
• Collaborate closely with wider activation teams, sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and supporting successful project delivery.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring new opportunities, formats, and approaches that enhance campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid search campaigns and delivering strong performance outcomes.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, together with an interest in emerging digital channels.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of measurement, attribution, and the evolving digital privacy landscape.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality work.
