En Romeu Shipping, buscamos incorporar un/a Credit & Collections Specialist para formar parte del nuevo equipo de crédito y cobranza de toda la división.

What will your functions be?

• Gestionar de forma proactiva el cobro de deudas mediante llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y reuniones internas y externas.
• Realizar el seguimiento de la cartera de clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago.
• Resolver incidencias y disputas relacionadas con facturación y cobros.
• Impulsar y coordinar los procesos internos de escalado cuando sea necesario.
• Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes departamentos y entidades del grupo.

What are we looking for?

• Experiencia previa realizando funciones de cobro o similares.
• Valorable conocimiento del sector logístico marítimo.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado.
• Habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.
