Job Summary:
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
The “Warehouse Analyst” will be based in Columbia, South Carolina reporting to Facilities Manager.
Responsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
What a typical day looks like:
Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the investigation of data.
May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the investigation of data.
Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on investigation of data from multiple sources,
May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection.
Audits data. Test and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.
Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.
Where applicable, suggest process/communication improvements relative to metric tracking activities.
Tracks warehouse management performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.
Design, manage and control all data investigation tools
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
1+ year of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate operational insights.
Experience with Power BI or a strong aptitude to develop business intelligence and dashboarding capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and supporting operational reporting and process improvements.
